Priced per account, never per seat
Most tools here charge for every person who touches the account. Add a client, add your accountant, and the bill multiplies - which punishes exactly the people who need this most. Your quota belongs to the account. Share access freely; your price doesn't move.
Blank beats a confident guess
If a field isn't on the document, it comes back empty rather than invented. A missing PO number is an inconvenience; a fabricated one is an error you might not catch. Every document also shows the raw output, so you can check anything on screen.
How it works
- 1Upload a PDF, PNG, JPG or WEBP. A phone photo of a paper receipt is fine.
- 2It reads the document and pulls out vendor, invoice number, dates, currency, subtotal, tax, shipping, total, and each line item.
- 3Review it, then export - one row per document for reconciliation, or one row per line item for expense coding.

Paid plans aren't open - billing isn't set up yet, so the free tier is what's genuinely available today and those prices are indicative, not final. Every plan includes shared access at no extra cost.
Before you upload anything sensitive
Extraction currently runs on Google's unpaid Gemini API tier, which means uploaded document contents may be reviewed by Google and used to improve Google's products. Please test with non-sensitive or redacted documents for now. This changes when billing moves to the paid tier, and the Privacy Policy will say so when it does.
Extraction is automated and imperfect - accuracy varies with layout and scan quality. Review results before posting them to your books.
