Terms & Conditions
Last updated 3 September 2026
Ledgerlift is a service operated by Rijak Arora, a sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Ledgerlift you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. What the service does
Ledgerlift reads invoices and receipts you upload and returns structured data - vendor, invoice number, dates, currency, subtotal, tax, shipping, total, and line items - which you can review in the app and export as CSV.
2. Accuracy, and what you are responsible for
Extraction is automated and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Results depend on document layout, scan quality, and the underlying model. Fields that cannot be read are returned blank rather than guessed, but errors are still possible.
You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it, including before entering it into your accounts, filing anything with a tax authority, or making a payment. Ledgerlift is a time-saving tool, not an accountant, bookkeeper, auditor, or tax adviser, and nothing it produces is financial, accounting, or tax advice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at arorarijak06@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Ledgerlift to upload content you do not have the right to process, to break any law, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data, or to resell the service as your own without our agreement.
5. Plans, quotas and billing
Each plan includes a monthly document quota. Quotas apply to the account, not per user - sharing access with a colleague, client, or your accountant does not increase your price. When you reach your quota, further uploads are blocked until the next monthly period or until you upgrade.
Where paid plans are offered, payments are handled by our payment provider, who may act as merchant of record and appear on your statement. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. How we handle that data - including that documents are sent to a third-party provider for processing - is set out in our Privacy Policy. Please read it; it contains information that matters if your documents are sensitive.
7. Availability
We do not offer an uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a problem at a provider we depend on. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it running and to fix problems promptly.
8. Where the service is offered
Ledgerlift is currently offered to customers in the United States only.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Ledgerlift at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing arorarijak06@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Ledgerlift is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or losses arising from reliance on extracted data you did not review.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update this page and the date above, and where reasonable we will notify account holders by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
